Responsibilities
Formulate and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.
Identify and monitor key metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to meet goals.
Drive user communications, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all touchpoints and tailoring strategies for specific user segments.
Manage the complete user lifecycle process, incorporating acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to expand our user base.
Ensure regulatory compliance within marketing strategies, aligning efforts with regulations and seizing favorable opportunities arising from them.
Qualifications
Background in Marketing/Growth within the Crypto industry.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for crypto and digital assets.
Proficient in project management, highly organized.
Fluency in a European language.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience at a crypto exchange.
