Description
We are looking for a qualified Growth Marketing Manager with a strong background in the U.S. sports trading, prediction markets, and derivatives industry to oversee and enhance digital acquisition campaigns on key paid channels. The ideal candidate will be tasked with strategizing, executing, and refining impactful campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value in a competitive and regulated market environment.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on various platforms including search engines, social media, programmatic channels, video platforms, and emerging sports enthusiast platforms.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve maximum ROI and user acquisition while aligning with CPA targets.
- Tailor creative content and messaging to comply with regional regulations, sports calendars, and user preferences.
- Utilize data to segment users based on behavior, location, interests, and devices for more effective targeting.
- Incorporate internal and external data sources to refine audience targeting and improve campaign performance.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Offer actionable insights to cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and compliance departments.
Compliance & Market Awareness:
- Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to state-level regulations and partner guidelines.
- Stay updated on legal frameworks, industry trends, and competitor activities in the sports trading and derivatives markets.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing within the finance sector, with at least 1 year focused on sports trading, prediction markets, or U.S. derivatives products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage acquisition campaigns with substantial budgets across multiple states.
- Proficiency in utilizing paid channels like search engines, social media platforms, programmatic DSPs, and other advertising platforms.
- Solid grasp of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle management in the sports trading domain.
- Strong analytical abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. sports culture, major leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA), and seasonal trends.
