Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Locked Simple Earn product to uphold stable performance and optimize user experience
• Develop comprehensive operational systems encompassing standardized processes and quality control mechanisms for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Implement data-driven decision frameworks, define clear objectives, execution plans, and measurement criteria for actions, and employ hypothesis-driven work cycles
• Gain deep insights into user needs and pain points, translate user feedback into product enhancement suggestions, and establish and manage core operational metrics monitoring systems
• Perform in-depth attribution analysis to pinpoint effective strategies, establish business health assessment frameworks, and provide periodic growth analysis reports

Marketing Growth

• Devise and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive business scaling systematically
• Create replicable marketing activity operation manuals and set standardized processes for campaign planning, execution, and post-analysis
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to formulate competitive strategies and execute them
• Manage KOL partnerships, community initiatives, user incentives, and various growth endeavors, while establishing external resource management systems
• Handle marketing tasks including copywriting, campaign design, performance tracking, and attribution analysis, with ongoing optimization of marketing ROI

Stakeholder Management and Business Development

• Foster and manage project partnerships by building and sustaining partner networks and identifying co-marketing prospects
• Prepare professional partnership proposals and present joint marketing campaign solutions to project partners
• Coordinate resource allocation internally and externally, institute standardized cross-departmental collaboration workflows, and oversee the entire lifecycle of cooperation projects
