[Role: Growth Operations Manager] Clique is hiring a Web3 Growth Operations Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Web3 products, leverage data analytics for optimization, and engage deeply with the Web3 community. This is a full-time position that is either fully remote or located in Singapore, New York, or Shanghai.

[Responsibilities]

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of growth initiatives for our Web3 products, ensuring that they resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives. Understand the Web3 user's journey and identify opportunities for optimization.
  3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of growth campaigns and to harness feedback for future strategies.
  4. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest in the Web3 space, including DApps, DeFi, NFTs, and beyond. Leverage this knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Community Engagement: Foster relationships with the community, respond to their needs, and use feedback to inform growth strategies.
  6. Operational Excellence: Oversee the deployment of resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of growth operations. Ensure all processes are scalable and repeatable.

[Skills & Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; Strong English writing skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth operations, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency domain.
  • Demonstrable success in scaling Web3 products or platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with smart contract platforms, decentralized applications, and other Web3 tech.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrates an interest in on-chain reputation, identities, and attestation infrastructures and applications, reflecting alignment with Clique's core mission.
  • Possesses a foundational understanding of core cryptographic primitives employed by our team, including Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), and Multi-Party Computation (MPC).
  • Has prior experience in SaaS, working with customers in FinTech, KYC, healthcare, banking, and AI.

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
Build long-term relationships with creators, not one-off placements
 
Prioritize volume with intent — not spam
Important:
You are not managing Higgsfield’s own YouTube or social channels.
Your job is growth through external creators and their audiences.
YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)
Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations
Drive traffic and usage via creator-generated content
Measure success by output and impact, not vanity metrics
Primary KPI:
Number of new unique creator videos generated per month
Analytics & Decision-Making
Build simple but effective models in Excel / Google Sheets
Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenue impact
Decide which creators, formats, and deals to scale or cut
Turn messy, incomplete data into clear execution decisions
Automation & Scale
Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.
Reduce manual work and increase throughput.
Execution & Experimentation
Run fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.
Learn quickly and iterate.
There is no separation between “creative” and “technical.” One person owns the full cycle.
Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

Working Hours
