Binance Pay is in search of a Growth Operations Manager to spearhead marketing and business expansion strategies in various active markets. This role focuses on maximizing user growth efficiency in alignment with set KPIs, operating within one of the fastest-growing corporations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients, agents, and partners to boost sales and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
• Conduct ongoing market research to drive product and market expansion.
• Bring forth novel growth concepts to increase Binance Pay's Monthly Active Users.
• Exhibit a problem-solving outlook: be a savvy strategist adept at posing resolutions and swiftly transforming business drivers into appealing customer value propositions.
• Oversee the implementation, adjustment, and enhancement of all marketing campaigns on a continuous basis.
• Manage routine and non-routine campaigns, oversee production rollout and handle change requests, while supporting fresh initiatives.
• Undertake tasks related to market research and data collection diligently.
• Possess exceptional organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and constantly seek to improve processes for enhanced day-to-day efficiency. Manage well in a rapid tech-oriented setting striving for excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or Business, or exhibit equivalent practical experience.
• Essential attributes include superb communication skills, both written and verbal, effective presentation abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, while fluency in an additional language is seen as a distinct advantage.
• Exhibit robust problem-solving skills, promote collaboration, and showcase capabilities in managing projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fintech/E-commerce domain.
