Growth Operations Specialist

We are in need of a motivated and driven Growth Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will lead growth initiatives for Dora Vota and associated protocols like MACI, aMACI, and Mailbox. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and optimizing growth marketing strategies across various platforms such as social media, partnerships, and on-chain campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Growth Campaigns:

• Devise and execute growth marketing content strategies specifically tailored to Dora Vota and related protocols.

• Create captivating and shareable content to enhance user engagement and brand recognition on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, etc.

• Plan and implement on-chain campaigns to facilitate user acquisition, retention, and community involvement.

• Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content creation and campaign optimization.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Partner with the Business Development team to conceptualize and manage campaigns and partnership events aligning with Dora Vota's growth goals.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and introduce optimization techniques for maximum effectiveness.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives in line with organizational objectives.

• Growth Operations & Metrics Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze growth-related data to provide valuable insights for campaign enhancement and user growth optimization.

• Oversee the implementation of on-chain and off-chain campaigns aimed at acquiring new users and enhancing brand awareness.

• Regularly report on campaign progress, performance metrics, and growth Key Performance Indicators to senior leaders.

• Collaborate & Coordinate Across Teams:

• Work closely with internal departments (marketing, product, BD) and external partners to fulfill growth objectives efficiently.

• Enhance Dora Vota's use cases and applications by executing targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.

• Manage and monitor resources dedicated to growth initiatives to ensure timely execution and goal achievement.

• Adaptability & Flexibility:

• Be prepared for evolving workloads and exhibit flexibility to seize growth opportunities promptly.

• Demonstrate willingness to work intensively and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet ambitious growth targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and enhance growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, social media management, or similar roles (preferably 2+ years).
• Hands-on experience with diverse social media platforms and meme culture.
• Desirable background in designing and executing growth campaigns, both on-chain and off-chain.
• Knowledge of Dora Vota, MACI, aMACI, or similar blockchain protocols is advantageous.
• Proficiency in metrics-driven marketing and data analysis.

Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Mandarin being beneficial.
• Creative and innovative thinking to craft engaging content and campaigns.
• Proficient in social media tools and marketing platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other crypto-centric platforms.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized protocols is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
