Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the preparation of parts, tools, and equipment, such as heat sinks, for repairs.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels along with maintaining the condition of equipment and tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation and track repairs using the work order system.
  • Maintain the physical environment of the hardware repair shop.
  • Record and scan incoming inventory shipments and coordinate their movement using pallet jacks.
  • Disassemble miners, remove hash boards, and apply thermal paste to hash boards as needed.
  • Perform any additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting work and communication purposes.
  • Strong communication skills that are clear and effective.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

Job Overview:

The Hardware Repair Technician plays a vital role in the bitcoin mining activities of CleanSpark. They are responsible for diagnosing and providing maintenance services for bitcoin mining machines.

This position is primarily situated at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

Carry out repairs on bitcoin mining equipment such as control boards, hash cards, and conduct chip level repairs.
