Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Organize and prepare parts, tools, and equipment including heat sinks for repair tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure equipment and tools are well-maintained.
- Document and track repairs accurately using the designated work order system.
- Manage the physical environment of the hardware repair shop.
- Process and document incoming inventory shipments efficiently.
- Coordinate inventory movements using pallet jacks.
- Disassemble miners to remove hash boards for maintenance.
- Apply thermal paste to hash boards during repair processes.
- Perform additional duties as necessary and assigned.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills to document work and communicate effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Capable of lifting 50-75 pounds without assistance.
Hourly rate: $20 - $20
