Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare components, tools, and equipment required for repairs, such as heat sinks.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain the condition of equipment and tools.
- Document and track repairs using a work order system.
- Ensure the hardware repair shop environment is well-maintained.
- Receive and scan incoming inventory shipments.
- Coordinate inventory movement using pallet jacks.
- Disassemble miners and replace hash boards when necessary.
- Apply thermal paste to hash boards as part of repair processes.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of lifting 50-75 pounds.
