Summary:
We are in need of a leader in Marketing Intelligence to take charge of our analytics and data strategy. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in analytics and marketing, as well as direct experience collaborating with marketing teams to drive results. The primary responsibilities include developing attribution frameworks, improving predictive models, and implementing automated solutions in order to identify actionable insights for customer growth. This role is a key leadership position with significant impact on the company's expansion.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and oversee the marketing intelligence roadmap.
- Lead a team of analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance data-driven decisions.
Measurement & Modelling:
- Design and implement multi-touch attribution and probabilistic approaches.
- Utilize marketing mix modelling for cross-channel ROI analysis.
- Enhance predictive analytics for LTV, churn, and customer journey optimization.
AI, GenAI & Automation:
- Implement AI and machine learning models for various purposes.
- Introduce Generative AI solutions for automating campaign insights, customer journey analysis, and personalized marketing narratives.
- Create a culture of automation for seamless integration into the marketing strategy.
Data Infrastructure & Governance:
- Supervise marketing data pipelines and modelling tools.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Reporting & Insights:
- Develop impactful dashboards for tracking key metrics.
- Provide ongoing insights to guide marketing decisions, supported by automated reporting and executive summaries.
- Coordinate between advanced AI/ML outputs and marketing strategy for effective implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in analytics and data science, especially in marketing measurement.
- Knowledge of Attribution and Marketing mix modelling, as well as AI applications in marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with Generative AI solutions and relevant tools such as SQL and Tableau.
- Strong background in data governance and privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex analytics into practical business recommendations.
- Experience in dynamic industries like mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or subscription models is preferred.
