We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director/Manager to lead and manage our Wallet office in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In this role, you will oversee operations, provide strategic direction, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within a diverse team. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and contribute to the growth of Wallet Global Ventures Limited.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in finance and business operations.
  • Represent the company in contract executions, managing agreements on its behalf.
  • Organize and preside over shareholder meetings, delivering clear updates.
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and tax obligations, including effective use of the company's resources.
  • Efficiently manage financial and human resources, including staffing and team development.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes and achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven culture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
  • Oversee internal communications and external partnerships to support office needs.
  • Undertake additional duties as necessary to support smooth office operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with preference for executive experience at UAE companies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships with staff, consultants, regulators, and leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Flexibility to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt as needed.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and corporate communications.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in a management role within within the crypto-industry.

We are looking for candidates who can work on a 5/2 schedule, with a hybrid format of 2-3 days working from the office.
