As a cornerstone of our Brand Development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping a user-centric crypto experience through engaging communities and delivering content that emphasizes accessibility and safety.
As the leader of Voice, you will be responsible for formulating and executing our brand's voice strategy across various channels, with a focus on social media and content production. Your role will involve creating compelling narratives, driving meaningful engagements, and ensuring consistent messaging throughout all platforms.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in developing voice strategies, particularly in the realm of social media dynamics and a strong interest in the crypto industry. Your expertise will be vital in integrating relevant content into our interactions with crypto communities, while your leadership skills will drive collaboration and innovation within our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand's voice strategy to maintain alignment with brand values and objectives across all touchpoints.
- Lead social media strategies for platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, focusing on enhancing engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage a team of community and studio managers, ensuring they are equipped to scale efforts to meet increasing demands.
- Oversee the creation of monthly content plans aligned with the brand's voice strategy, leveraging insights from social listening and analytics, with an emphasis on crypto-related content.
- Utilize your knowledge of the crypto space to engage with relevant communities across social media platforms effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate voice strategy into all brand initiatives, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand their challenges and develop creative solutions, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and implement processes for content production, including videos and podcasts, to ensure streamlined workflows and high-quality output.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to voice strategy, social media, and the crypto space to enhance our approach.
- Establish objectives and key results (OKRs) and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering monthly reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred (degree not mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing voice strategies for brands, with a focus on social media and a keen interest in cryptocurrency.
- Proficient in social media trends, particularly within the crypto community, and experienced in content planning, social listening, and analytics.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, including scaling efforts.
- Passion for the crypto industry and a proactive mindset along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity calmly, and maintain attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
