HR, Associate/ Senior HR Associate
As our presence expands in the Middle East region, we are in search of a dedicated HR professional who will play a crucial role within our team. This position is based in our UAE hub and requires providing essential local expertise and critical on-the-ground support.
Directly reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will act as a vital link for our regional operations and take charge of various HR responsibilities in the Middle East to uphold our exceptional service standards. This role presents a wonderful opportunity to drive significant change by collaborating closely with teams globally, particularly in the UK, during a period of substantial growth.
Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the complete employee lifecycle. This includes managing seamless onboarding processes for new employees and ensuring efficient off-boarding procedures.
As the primary point of contact for our employees, you will deliver timely assistance and handle all HR-related inquiries proficiently. Moreover, maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS, overseeing end-to-end visa processes through AXS, and actively participating in payroll and benefits administration for our diverse regional teams are integral aspects of the role.
You will work collaboratively with departments like IT to prepare new hires for success and provide essential assistance to regional and global teams in various projects influencing our people strategy.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine passion for aiding others. Notably, a sound understanding of Middle East employment laws and proven track record in managing employee registrations and visa processing, both for local and expatriate staff, is essential.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, handled with utmost integrity and discretion, are paramount. While prior experience in a regional HR role is advantageous, individuals with profound HR Operations expertise and a solid grasp of local labor laws are strongly encouraged to apply.
