Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant teams to align HR policies with business objectives and provide innovative solutions.
- Offer strategic insights on organizational development, global compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent development to support the dynamic growth of your assigned function.
- Assist line management in performance management with activities such as coaching, career development, and disciplinary measures.
- Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention rates by working closely with employees and management.
- Resolve intricate employee relations issues through thorough and impartial investigations.
- Identify training needs within business units and provide executive coaching as required.
- Consult, advise, and drive enhancements within your partnered teams.
- Contribute inputs on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning in alignment with the rapidly expanding team.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience spanning various HR domains, including performance management, fostering high-performance cultures, employee relations, engagement, and diversity.
- Superior professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities for partnering with senior team members effectively.
- Understanding of employment laws across multiple European countries.
- Proficiency in HR operations including new-hire onboarding, performance assessment facilitation, and effective data consolidation and workload management.
- Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and a strategic problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of a rapidly developing company.
- Experience in working with sizeable department functions is advantageous.
