HRC/EDD Manager - Global

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Global Head of HRC/EDD in overseeing the Global High-Risk Client program and its operational procedures.
• Offer strategic guidance and insights on high-risk customer monitoring and other key HRC/EDD initiatives.
• Assume responsibility for the Global High-Risk Client program and its operational procedures.
• Implement and supervise the high-risk customer monitoring program.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve products and systems related to HRC/EDD.
• Document global HRC/EDD requirements, maintain global standards, and compile local requirements per country.
• Work with local MLROs to ensure localization when necessary.
• Lead remediation projects associated with HRC/EDD.
• Act as the primary stakeholder in the customer risk scoring methodology.
• Stay updated on global HRC/EDD standards and local requirements in operational regions.
• Manage prioritization of HRC/EDD projects.
• Monitor and manage HRC/EDD metrics.
• Supervise global escalation processes related to HRC/EDD.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in EDD.
• Possession of ACAMS, ACFCS, or equivalent industry certifications.
• 4+ years of managerial experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing periodic reviews and monitoring high-risk customers.
• Proficiency in global CDD/EDD requirements.
• Experience in implementing customer risk scoring frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
• Knowledge of global licensing requirements for financial services and crypto-related business activities.
• Familiarity with complex beneficial ownership structures.
• Strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment.
