Key Responsibilities:

You will take charge of overseeing and managing Circle's immigration processes and global mobility initiatives. Leading our immigration program and processes, you will contribute to enhancing the productivity of Circle employees. Immigration:

  • Maintain and review visa records promptly, ensuring timely initiation of extensions.

Global Mobility:

  • Foster new alliances with relocation vendors to facilitate domestic transfers and international relocations and assignments, including cost projections and relocation/assignment documentation.
  • Manage complex mobility cases in collaboration with relocation vendors.
  • Monitor compliance and risk factors in immigration and mobility realms.
  • Oversee payment obligations related to the mobility program.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to structure and communicate relocation packages.
  • Promote awareness of global mobility policies and practices globally.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to devise solutions for international moves.
  • Offer guidance on international employee mobilization matters, establishing a knowledge base.
