The Impact You'll Have

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead enterprise sales activities across the Americas region. This role demands proficiency in institutional sales within finance and a solid history of successfully closing intricate enterprise deals. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence among major financial institutions and driving the adoption of our compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and market share within the designated territory encompassing diverse customer segments.
  • Lead the sales cycle from sourcing and initial discovery to product demonstrations and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, target customer profiles, and market developments within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client proposals and technical presentations.
  • Develop and communicate persuasive value propositions for Notabene products and services.
  • Leverage partnerships to expand reach and boost adoption.
  • Exceed or meet quarterly revenue targets while actively managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Represent Notabene at user conferences and industry events alongside partners.
  • Possible travel to clients and conferences to bolster Notabene's market presence.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales with a successful track record in institutional financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to close seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
  • Location in New York City or another primary financial center in the Americas.

  • Sizeable professional network within traditional finance and crypto sectors in the Americas.
