Define and expand the institutional and high-net worth client base in the thriving crypto and blockchain sector with limitless potential. Take charge of identifying and engaging institutional leads, celebrating achievements in client acquisition and innovative product customization.

Design and personalize products tailored to the specific needs of institutional clients in a budding market. Utilize your creativity to explore new financial service offerings within the crypto realm, supported by a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and outreach to institutional client prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and promote relevant products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
  • Represent the company at conferences to raise awareness of institutional business offerings.
  • Engage in community outreach activities to expand the institutional network.
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional landscape.
  • Negotiate and close client agreements.
  • Innovate new institutional crypto products.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, gather feedback, and propose product enhancements.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of new clients onboarded.
  • Volume of client transactions.
  • Generated revenue and profit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Institutional Outbound Sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and web3 outbound sales. In-depth knowledge of institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
  • Established network of clients in the cryptocurrency sector, including hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and clients in need of custody solutions.
  • Candidates with increased experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
  • Proven track record in initiating, managing, and monetizing client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in English.
