About Binance VIP & Institutional Team
Join the Binance VIP and Institutional team, an arm of the world's largest digital asset exchange geared towards VIP clients and institutions. This team collaborates closely with various market participants, catering to individual traders, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, investment banks, and more. Responsibilities
- Cultivate and foster trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, particularly global institutional/VIP clients.
 - Strengthen existing customer relations through consistent communication and deep understanding of client needs.
 - Develop and oversee key customer service processes and systems, establish management guidelines, and monitor the status of key customers.
 - Analyze user behavior, identify underlying needs, create key customer analysis reports, and liaise with different departments to offer optimal customer service solutions and give product feedback.
 
Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a focus on customer acquisition and clear sales KPIs.
 - Proficiency in using a CRM tool and a proven track record of autonomous work within a sales team.
 - 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within the international financial sector, specifically in banking, investments, and FX sales.
 - Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various scenarios, along with excellent relationship management and sales abilities, thriving under pressure.
 - Strong enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency industry, with prior experience considered advantageous. Fluency in English essential for coordinating with global partners; additional languages beneficial.
