Institutional Sales Manager - EMEA
The position on the institutional sales team offers you the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with institutional and high-net worth clients. You will be part of an exciting journey, starting from onboarding clients and introducing them to crypto instruments, to creating customized crypto products that are unique in the market. As a member of the operations team, your role will involve working with various stakeholders, including sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, to support the expansion of our infrastructure.

- Taking ownership and leading the identification and pitching of institutional leads.

- Conducting market research and keeping up with competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
- Developing and closing client or partnership agreements.
- Proposing new institutional offerings and product improvements based on client feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads.
- Understanding client needs and presenting relevant Crypto.com products.
- Attending conferences and engaging with institutional players to increase awareness of our institutional business.
- Engaging with the crypto community to expand and deepen our institutional footprint.
- Researching market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
- Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements.
- Proposing new crypto institutional offerings.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with institutional clients, collecting feedback, and recommending product improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services sales (e.g., Sales Trading, OTC Sales, FX Sales, Sales, eSales) or prime brokerage services.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a cryptocurrency environment and having an existing network of clients.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
