Institutional Sales Manager, France
The institutional sales team is offering a unique opportunity for individuals to develop and expand their institutional/high net worth client base. This role involves guiding clients through the process of investing in crypto instruments and creating bespoke crypto products that are innovative and market-leading. If you join the operations team, you will have a diverse role collaborating with various stakeholders including sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the growth of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging with institutional client leads.
- Understanding client requirements and recommending relevant products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC services, custody solutions, and staking.
- Representing the company at conferences and engaging with institutional players to promote awareness of our business offerings.
- Expanding the institutional footprint by participating in community events and meetings within the crypto sphere.
- Keeping abreast of market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space.
- Negotiating and finalizing client or partnership agreements.
- Proposing new institutional crypto offerings.
- Maintaining regular communication with institutional clients, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements to products.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new clients secured.
- Transaction volume generated by clients.
- Revenue and profit achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales within digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 sectors.
- Proficiency in institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC services, custody solutions, and staking.
- Strong network/client base within the cryptocurrency space including hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and clients seeking custody solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize client relationships effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
