Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients, such as global institutional/VIP clients
• Expand relationships with current clientele through sustained communication and understanding of their requirements
• Establish essential customer service processes and systems while developing management protocols and monitoring key customer statuses
• Analyze user behavior, identify latent needs, prepare key customer analysis reports, and collaborate with various departments to offer optimal key customer service solutions

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services within the international financial sector, including areas like banking, investments, etc.
• Manage a client portfolio comprising institutional clients, HNW individuals, and private bank customers, among others
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability in various scenarios, adept relationship management, sales abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure
• Exhibit a keen interest in cryptocurrency; prior industry experience is beneficial
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in a native language being advantageous
