Internal Communications and Employer Branding Manager

Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, is seeking an Internal Comms Manager/Director. This individual will be responsible for enhancing and unifying the company's mission and values across the organization. The role will be full-time remote and will involve collaborating with the global communications team, HR, and other departments. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for cryptocurrency, innovation, and financial technology, along with significant experience in internal communications, particularly with a strong emphasis on storytelling and employer branding. This is an exciting opportunity to lead internal communications efforts at Binance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with the company culture and objectives
• Cultivate a sense of pride and community among employees worldwide, fostering a strong company culture through various communication channels
• Develop internal communication strategies and initiatives that support business priorities
• Ensure effective communication of company updates, policies, and initiatives
• Lead the organization of company town halls, including messaging, logistics, and feedback analysis
• Identify and implement new employee engagement initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities to support organizational goals
• Design actionable internal surveys to enhance HR and company initiatives, employee engagement, and employer branding
• Assist internal stakeholders, HR, and administration in regular, dynamic communications and company projects

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in internal communications or employer branding
• Sound understanding of Binance's culture, mission, and values, with an interest in the blockchain/Web3 space
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and inclined to take ownership and initiative
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with excellent communication abilities
• Experience in supporting executives directly and efficiently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, dynamic, and self-starting attitude
• Familiarity with multimedia content is a plus
• Possesses strong emotional intelligence
• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders
