About The Role:

In this role, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, liquidity management, risk mitigation, and a superior trading experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance metrics of the P2P platform across African regions, optimizing liquidity, order success rates, and user interactions.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance platform efficiency based on operational insights.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational safety in marketplace activities in alignment with local requirements.
• Execute operational workflows such as merchant vetting, transaction monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and payment methods in African markets.
• Support merchant ecosystem growth, including onboarding and performance tracking.
• Maintain balanced liquidity across multiple fiat pairs and payment channels in various African countries.
• Develop performance dashboards and track key metrics to ensure market competitiveness and internal KPIs achievement.
• Provide strategic insights to internal teams and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to test new features and support regional rollouts.
• Engage in regional marketing campaigns, payment method expansions, and user education initiatives.
• Oversee and foster merchant community groups to enhance interaction and engagement.
• Act as the main connection point between Binance and the merchant community, ensuring smooth communication and information dissemination.
• Drive merchant engagement through communication strategies, educational content, and feedback analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in P2P operations, marketplace operations, crypto exchanges, or payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of the African crypto landscape.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, multicultural environment.
