About The Role

As part of this role, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance experts to ensure smooth operations, sufficient liquidity, risk management, and a seamless trading experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the P2P platform, focusing on user acquisition, liquidity management, order success rates, and dispute resolution.
• Work closely with various teams including product, risk, compliance, and customer support to enhance operational efficiency and maintain secure levels of risk.
• Utilize local market knowledge to navigate regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance while expanding fiat on/off-ramp functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as competitive spread, transaction success rates, fraud patterns, and market trends.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks by proposing and implementing workflow enhancements, improving user experience, and optimizing performance.
• Oversee merchant ecosystem development through onboarding, performance evaluation, incentive programs, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate tasks such as merchant screening, transaction monitoring, quality assessments, and policy enforcement to uphold operational integrity.
• Provide strategic insights to internal teams to inform product development, market expansion plans, and overall strategies.
• Collaborate with product teams on feature upgrades and localized rollouts, and work with marketing and community teams on regional campaigns and user education initiatives.
• Support customer service and dispute resolution teams in effectively managing and resolving user issues.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
• Strong grasp of fiat payment channels and on/off-ramp mechanisms in diverse markets.
• In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency landscape, particularly in APAC regions, including market specifics, regulatory environments, and user behaviors.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement actionable strategies.
• Ability to excel in high-pressure environments, paying attention to detail and taking ownership of tasks.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Arabic.
