As an ideal candidate for the Investment Operations Manager role, you will ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of new investment opportunities, including strategies for earning returns and alpha investment products. Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for launching new investment products weekly, such as earn strategies and alpha opportunities.
- Coordinate and liaise between teams to ensure successful launches of investment offerings by fulfilling required actions.
- Proactively detect and resolve operational barriers to maintain a fast release cadence.
- Align with various internal teams, including Investment, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support, to synchronize execution timelines and dependencies.
- Facilitate seamless communication among teams to ensure operational readiness for each investment release.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance pre-launch.
- Streamline investment launch workflows for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
- Implement process enhancements to eliminate friction in executing investment opportunities.
- Document all operational procedures related to product releases clearly.
