Your Role:
We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our internal IT team and provide essential support for the day-to-day operations of MPG. Please note that this position requires onsite work at our Nottingham studio.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Providing 1st/2nd line support for MPG
- Constructing IT equipment according to compliance specifications
- Managing onsite infrastructure
- Coordinating with couriers for pickups and deliveries
- Organizing IT spaces and offices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in 1st line IT support
- Familiarity with Microsoft AD and preferably Azure AD
- Experience with Google Suite
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Capable of self-organization once given a task
- Thorough and methodical with high standards of quality
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
