Java Engineer (Finance Systems)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a background spanning 5 to 7 years in Spring Boot development, to orchestrate the design, development, and maintenance of robust, high-performance distributed systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong Java programming foundation, be well-versed in microservices architecture, and demonstrate proficiency in handling tasks efficiently within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot to ensure the fault tolerance and scalability of the system.
• Deploy and manage microservices components including service discovery, configuration management, and load balancing through Spring Cloud.
• Analyze and process data employ big data technologies; optimize data storage systems like ES/HBase/Starrocks to ensure effective data operations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to tailor data solutions in alignment with business aims.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance backend operations for seamless functionality.
• Engage in the entire development lifecycle encompassing requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
• Uphold and refine existing backend services, focusing on code quality and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrating data solutions into existing applications.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Java development experience, along with a minimum of 5 years in Spring Boot development.
• Proficient in Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, and related technologies.
• Expertise in designing and executing microservices architecture in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Competence in CI/CD methodologies utilizing tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of independent task completion.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Prior exposure to cloud services, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in tools like Apollo Configuration Center, Kafka Message Middleware, Xxl Job Scheduler, Pinpoint Link Tracking, and Prometheus Monitoring.
• Knowledge in Treasury Management System, particularly in financial and global payment domains.
