About the Role

Document data sources, transformations, ownership, control requirements, and analytical assumptions.
Identify and escalate data quality, access control, privacy, security risks, and ensure AI-assisted outputs are validated before use.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence, process automation, business analytics, or a related field.
A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in AI tools, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or agentic workflows for process improvement.
Strong business acumen and the ability to link analysis to priorities and measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Structured, detail-oriented problem-solving approach with the ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations.
Must be based in Hong Kong and comfortable working with multiple functions and time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel for building dashboards, reports, data pipelines, or analytical tools.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data preparation, analysis, automation, or workflow development.
Experience in building or implementing AI agents, multi-step workflows with exception handling and human involvement.
Exposure to APIs, Git, n8n, Databricks, cloud data tools, or workflow orchestration platforms.
Background in financial services, fintech, digital assets, payments, trading, capital markets, or similar fast-paced technology environments.
