Role Overview
As a leader specializing in asset servicing and corporate actions within the securities processing platform, your primary responsibility will involve defining, shaping, and enhancing functionalities for various financial products. Leveraging your expertise in product development and securities processing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient trade processing throughout the lifecycle of financial products.
Responsibilities
- Lead asset servicing and corporate actions processes within the organization
- Define and implement requirements for efficient trade processing of stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, derivatives, and bonds
- Drive innovation and operational excellence through lean processes to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on settlement-related matters
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining securities processing platforms, focusing on asset servicing and corporate actions
- In-depth understanding of corporate actions types and processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and specifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach
- Preferred experience in similar organizations within the trading or securities industry

Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
