Your Role

As a key leader specializing in asset servicing and corporate actions within our securities processing platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing functionalities related to stocks, ETFs/mutual funds, derivatives, and bonds. Your wealth of experience in product development and securities processing will be instrumental in delivering top-notch service quality and establishing high straight-through processing rates in the handling of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead asset servicing and corporate actions processes ensuring efficiency in trade processing
• Define and drive requirements for various asset types to optimize processing
• Promote innovation and operational excellence through streamlined processes
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders on settlement-related matters

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing securities processing platforms, with a focus on asset servicing and corporate actions
• In-depth knowledge of corporate actions types and processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable specifications
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
• Previous experience within a neobroker or securities platform software company is an advantage
