Your Role
As an expert in clearing and settlement processes within our securities processing platform, your primary responsibility will be to enhance and develop functionalities related to stocks, ETFs/mutual funds, derivatives, and bonds. Leveraging your extensive experience in product development and securities processing, you will ensure high service quality and operational efficiency throughout the life cycle of dealing with financial products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the clearing and settlement processes within the organization
- Establish and implement requirements for efficient trade processing and settlements
- Drive innovation and operational excellence by optimizing processes
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to adhere to regulatory standards
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in settlement aspects
Qualifications
- Proven track record in managing securities processing platforms with a focus on Clearing & Settlement
- In-depth knowledge of clearing and settlement processes for financial instruments
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable specifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong inclination towards building and innovation
- Preferred: Experience in a similar organization within the neobroker or securities platform industry
