Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with Product Managers, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to formulate monetization schemes for both new and existing products.
- Acquire deep knowledge of prevailing and evolving business models across diverse crypto sectors encompassing chains, infrastructure providers, platforms, and applications.
- Assist in shaping commercial strategies for growth partnerships and collaborative ventures.
- Create comprehensive short-term and long-term financial models to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess competitors' monetization strategies.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineers to outline technical prerequisites.
- Champion discussions, advocate positions, and steer decisions on monetization and incentives at senior management levels.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for executing monetization and incentive strategies.
Qualifications:
- Possess 7+ years of relevant experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance, or a related sphere.
- Prior exposure to Crypto or fintech domains is preferred.
- Proficient in financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience in supporting deals, particularly those pioneering in nature.
- Demonstrated track record in developing scalable frameworks and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and executives.
- Thrives in unstructured environments, adept at orchestrating organization amid chaos.
- Ambitious self-starter with a penchant for assuming business strategy responsibilities.
Other Details:
- Immediate eligibility for PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- The compensation package considers various factors, such as pertinent experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational requirements. Compensation ranges may vary based on the candidate's location.
- Starting Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
- Additional Benefits: Equity, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. A discretionary vacation policy is in place, with 10 days of paid sick leave annually and 11 paid holidays a year in the U.S.
