Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to develop monetization strategies for new and existing products Become an internal expert on evolving business models within diverse crypto sectors, including chains, platforms, and applications Support the commercial strategy for growth partnerships and design partnerships Devise short and long-term financial models for evaluating pricing strategies and their impact on profitability Analyze competitors' monetization strategies and conduct market research to inform decision-making Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineers to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with strategy Present, discuss, and facilitate decisions on monetization and incentive approaches with senior leadership Engage with various internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and success in implementing monetization strategies

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance, or a related field Preferred background in crypto or fintech Proficiency in financial modeling Experience supporting complex deal structures Demonstrated skills in developing scalable processes and frameworks Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across various stakeholders Capable of collaborating with senior leadership and executives Thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments and excels at introducing order and structure Driven, independent, and ambitious individual with aspirations for business strategy leadership
