Position Overview:
An excellent opportunity is open for a Lead Product Designer at Nansen. As the most senior designer in the company, this role involves taking full ownership of the design function, setting the design vision, driving UX strategy, actively designing, and managing a small team of talented designers. Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, showcasing strong UX/UI skills and modern product aesthetics in the portfolio.
- Previous leadership experience, demonstrating skills in managing and inspiring design teams effectively.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., along with experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong communication skills to present design decisions confidently and incorporate feedback into work effectively.
