Responsibilities:

Circle seeks a Lead Product Designer to guide the design process, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs to enhance their interactions with currency, treasury, and payment solutions. In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end design aspect within your product area, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, as well as clients to develop impactful solutions for numerous businesses reaching millions of users globally.

Key Objectives:

  • Unveiling customer needs in the rapidly evolving cypto and blockchain domain
  • Identifying and ranking customer requirements with the support of product and engineering teams
  • Fostering cross-functional collaborations across various departments at Circle to establish early alignment on problem statements and potential solutions
  • Utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to guide decision-making, addressing stakeholder concerns
  • Contributing towards establishing and enhancing design best practices and processes within a growing team at Circle

Expected Qualifications:

Lead Product Designer

  • Possessing over 7 years of UX or product design experience and having overseen design execution from inception to evolution in numerous products or features
  • Demonstrating a drive for fostering a robust design culture by putting customer interests at the core and elevating the team's performance
  • Capable of bridging connections between ongoing work in various product domains to address analogous challenges
  • Proven history of resolving service design obstacles and intricate task-based workflows

Additional Details:

  • This position is open for day-one PERM sponsorship candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Circle is dedicated to building an inclusive financial future with transparency being a core value. Our compensation packages consider various factors such as relevant experience, skill sets, qualifications, and organizational requirements. Base pay ranges between $157,500 - $207,500 with an annual bonus target of 15%. Additionally, equitable benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S. are provided.
