Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing complex production pipelines and workflows to optimize asset creation and development processes.
- Creating and improving tools for artists to enhance their productivity during production.
- Collaborating with Art Leads, Technical Directors, and QA to ensure adherence to technical and artistic requirements for all assets.
- Implementing cutting-edge tools and techniques to streamline graphic workloads.

Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of game development areas such as Modeling & Texturing, Scripting/Tools Development, Lighting, Shaders, VFX Rendering & Post Processing, Rigging, and Animation, with expertise in Graphic Rendering Pipeline for advanced technologies.
- Proficient with game engines, especially Unreal Engine.
- Skilled in Source Control systems like Git, Perforce, and Mercurial.
- Strong technical background in art production process and workflows, with programming proficiency.
- Knowledge of UI Development for Tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficiency in 3D development software like 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, and Motion Builder.
- Passion for adopting and implementing new technologies in game development.
