In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create inclusive training materials and programs customised to meet diverse learning needs. Your Role:
As a Learning Designer at Easygo, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences across various departments. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will craft learning materials, courses, and programs while incorporating graphic design and multimedia elements. Your role will involve analysing learning needs and implementing inclusive design principles to accommodate different learning styles and audience requirements, particularly focusing on product training across the business.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Learning Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess learning needs in various business departments.
- Creating engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive activities, and multimedia material.
- Updating existing content to reflect the latest developments.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommending enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Keeping abreast of current learning design trends and best practices to enhance our learning solutions.
- Using the company's Learning Management System (LMS) to upload training content, generate course summaries, and ensure seamless integration.
- Providing ad-hoc assistance in managing the LMS, producing learning reports for stakeholders, and supporting communication efforts regarding learning updates.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's learning strategy.
What We Expect from You:
- 2+ years of experience in designing and developing learning materials, preferably in a tech-focused industry.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Strong video production and editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Competence in graphic design tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Background in sports and gambling.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, online casinos, sports betting, and streaming industries.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools.
