Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled legal project manager to collaborate closely with senior litigation attorneys in managing various legal projects. Responsibilities include overseeing litigation cases, coordinating discovery responses, tracking case progress, managing information processes, and facilitating communication between departments and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support litigation efforts, internal investigations, and special projects by managing eDiscovery platforms, responding to subpoenas, coordinating vendors, and handling legal document processes.
  • Organize and maintain case management systems, resources, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and gather relevant information to assist in legal proceedings and operational decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of litigation experience in corporate, law firm, or government environments
  • Expertise in eDiscovery platforms and managing confidential information
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Slack, MacOS, and GSuite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Legal executive assistant or paralegal certification, or project management experience
  • Team-oriented, articulate, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with information governance and eDiscovery best practices
  • Experience handling confidential information professionally

Additional Information:

  • This role includes eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
  • Compensation varies based on relevant experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
  • Financial package includes base pay range of $130,000 - $170,000 with annual bonus target of 15%.
  • Benefits package includes equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 10 days of paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually.
