What you will handle:

As a proficient legal project manager, you will collaborate with senior litigation attorneys in overseeing a variety of legal matters, investigations, and technical projects. This encompasses case management, monitoring and reporting, managing discovery responses, gathering information, and coordinating diverse activities. The role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting various litigation, internal investigations, and special projects, including managing eDiscovery processes, subpoena responses, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintaining and organizing case materials and case management systems.
  • Serving as a link between internal departments, external vendors, and counsel.
  • Conducting research, gathering facts, and analyzing data.
  • Assisting in developing cross-functional structures, policies, and procedures for enterprise-level information management.
  • Preparing and managing the delivery of legal documents.
  • Undertaking other legal and operational duties as needed.

Ideal qualifications for Circle:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • 7+ years of litigation experience in a corporate, law firm, or government setting.
  • Experience with eDiscovery platforms and managing confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Legal executive assistant, paralegal certification, or project manager experience.
  • Collaborative, articulate, proactive, and composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with information governance and best practices in eDiscovery.
  • Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.

Additional Details:

Eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We craft compensation packages considering diverse factors such as relevant experience and skills. Salary ranges may vary across locations.

  • Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000
  • Annual Bonus Target: 15%
  • Benefits: Including equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. Flexible vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
