This position is well-suited for individuals with a software development background who are enthusiastic about connecting business requirements with technical solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in deploying customizable SaaS software solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to identify, assess, and document business needs and workflows. Additionally, you will be tasked with transforming business and functional requirements into system specifications and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve implementing and customizing software solutions to address specific client requirements, along with providing user training, overseeing user acceptance testing, and facilitating validation activities. Additionally, you will offer technical guidance and leadership during implementation and provide recommendations on best practices. Flexibility to travel to client sites to support project implementation and engage with stakeholders is essential.
Requirements for this role include a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting, proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.), familiarity with relational databases and SQL, proven LIMS experience, and knowledge of laboratory or quality control (QC) processes. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, along with strong presentation abilities, are crucial for success in this role.
