Responsibilities
- Direct Operations: Oversee the company's official LinkedIn presence, strategizing content creation and engagement to enhance brand impact and increase followers.
- Matrix Management: Develop and fine-tune the employee account matrix, establishing effective collaboration processes for content planning and publication.
- Content Creation: Produce diverse content covering brand elements, industry reports, and executive insights; utilize AI tools for content optimization and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Monitor crucial metrics (e.g., impressions, growth, engagement) across all platforms to enhance content strategies continually.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of LinkedIn algorithm updates, industry trends, and brand mentions, offering insights for operational enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn platform management.
- Proficient in managing corporate LinkedIn pages and personal matrices; demonstrated success stories are a plus.
- Knowledgeable about LinkedIn algorithms, content dissemination strategies, and growth tactics; capable of independent execution.
- Familiarity with various global platforms like Google, Facebook, and Telegram, with experience in managing multiple platforms.
- Competent in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation and workflow streamlining.
- Strong analytical skills to refine content performance based on data metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in B2B Tech, Cybersecurity, Fintech, or Web3 industries is highly desirable.
Compensation: Estimated annual salary for this role in the US ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, tailored to the skills and experience of successful candidates.
