Qualifications:
Hold 5-8 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily focusing on financial regulation or regulatory affairs, with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto industry.
Must be qualified to practice in the UAE.
Possess strong drafting and communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal and technical concepts to non-legal audiences effectively.
Knowledgeable about financial products and relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
