Responsibilities
- Manage the complete localization process, ensuring accuracy and cultural adaptation of content, UI, and communications for diverse global markets.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to maintain consistency and user engagement while optimizing workflows for a seamless multilingual experience.
- Integrate localization into the product development cycle and oversee localization tools for efficient operations.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance localization integrations within the product infrastructure.
- Maintain glossaries and style guides in alignment with the UX Writer and product designers for consistent terminology.
- Supervise translation contractors, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality localization.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in localization or translation operations, with a preference for backgrounds in crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency in localization tools such as Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, and Phrase.
- Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with external translators or agencies.
- Prior experience in localizing content for crypto, trading platforms, or Web3 projects.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond Korean and English, such as Chinese or Vietnamese.
