The International Development Team, a part of the Strategy Department, focuses on optimizing the relevance of Ledger's consumer products across various global markets. This team is dedicated to fostering global business expansion and enhancing consumer satisfaction by cultivating local outreach initiatives, internationalization efforts, and localized business strategies.
Central to this objective is crafting and managing marketing assets and content in multiple languages to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for users worldwide.
Comprising over 20 experts operating across regions like Europe, Japan, and the U.S., the International Development Team collaborates closely with both internal and external partners to produce impactful, market-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Web and Marketing localization projects in collaboration with Marketing, Content, and Website teams for creating impactful user experiences in multiple languages.
-Overseeing localization, transcreation, and content creation initiatives for all supported markets as a crucial strategic element of operations.
Qualifications:
Experience in localizing major multi-channel campaigns across diverse markets and cultures.
Proficiency in managing localization projects, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for timely and accurate delivery.
Expertise in developing guidelines for global copywriting, aligning with Ledger's brand and messaging.
Strong project management skills and knowledge of internationalization and localization standards and best practices.
Understanding of transcreation, marketing briefs, voice, and tone across various languages and cultures.
Proficient in collaborating transparently and effectively as a team player.
