About this role in the team:
The Core Banking division within BVNK is focused on developing the infrastructure to support various fiat banking and payment applications. This includes working on fiat onboarding and offboarding, third-party payments, embedded payments, and more.
As a Manual QA Manager/Analyst, your responsibilities will include creating test plans for new and existing features based on product specifications and current functionality. You will conduct manual testing to ensure that business requirements are met, collaborate with stakeholders across teams to execute test runs in both production and non-production environments, and maintain close communication with senior product and engineering team members.

- Use a variety of tools to provide evidence of successful test case execution
- Have strong problem-solving skills and can work independently or as part of a team
- Possess a solid understanding of financial services, particularly in payments and trading
- Have experience with test management platforms like TestRail or Allure TestOps
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
