Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns through various channels to drive brand recognition, engagement, and expansion.
  • Oversee data-driven campaigns and product positioning based on thorough customer and market insights across all marketing channels like CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Identify and execute process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through consistent communication and engagement strategies.
  • Devise and execute community-building plans utilizing diverse local social platforms and offline events to stimulate engagement and establish a sense of community among users.
  • Collaborate closely with the ES Marketing Lead and other regional and global teams to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing approaches.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in fields like Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in marketing, operations, or community relations, preferably within the cryptocurrency or tech sectors.
  • Proven experience in launching and managing community initiatives such as online forums, affiliate programs, events, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient understanding of cryptocurrency-related terms and industry trends.
  • Successful history of managing effective marketing campaigns and community engagement projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

What you'll need
 
Previous experience in VIP Operations or similar role (+5 years).
