Marketing Manager

We are in need of an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the fast-paced crypto industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in blockchain marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. We require someone with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency space and previous work on marketing strategies for a prominent blockchain project.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies that meet our business objectives in the cryptocurrency sector, utilizing traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Manage and enhance our brand's visibility and reputation in the crypto community, overseeing all branding aspects.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
• Direct the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for the crypto audience, such as blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and educational materials.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics to guide decision-making and enhance ROI, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
• Lead a marketing team, encouraging innovation and excellence, and collaborate with other departments for cohesive market expansion.
• Plan and oversee participation in industry events, conferences, and AMAs to boost brand exposure and network within the crypto ecosystem.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations in the crypto industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Experience working on a top 200 blockchain project, showcasing a profound understanding of blockchain tech and crypto market dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and content management systems.
• Exceptional project management skills with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Industry network and community management experience.
• Remote work ability with effective distributed team collaboration.

• Certifications in digital marketing or blockchain technologies.
• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other crypto applications.
