Marketing Specialist

MultiversX seeks an individual passionate about blockchain and marketing to join their expanding Marketing & Communications team on a full-time basis. Candidates should have the ability to create and implement highly effective marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing intricate marketing campaigns across various channels, guiding the company towards its goals. You will lead in developing and executing marketing strategies, while overseeing the entire marketing process to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and community engagement campaigns collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing strategies in areas such as PR, content, social media, events, and PPC.
• Test and refine marketing tactics for user acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials with internal and external teams.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze customer behaviors.
• Support email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Grow the company’s community across various platforms.
• Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Keep abreast of social media and marketing best practices.
• Supervise existing paid campaigns and propose new ones, especially on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads platforms.

About you

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Essential knowledge or experience in the crypto/blockchain/FinTech industry.
• Ability to think creatively and execute innovative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and track record of success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in research and critical thinking.
