We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Brand Designer to join our design team. The selected candidate will take charge of developing and executing design strategies that align with our brand's vision, mission, and business objectives in the dynamic cryptocurrency landscape.
The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to generate visual content, establish brand assets, and maintain brand consistency across all channels, encompassing web, social media platforms, and offline mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity: Establish and manage a unified brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring visual, messaging, and tone consistency following brand guidelines.
- Visual Assets: Produce various visual content like logos, icons, infographics, promotional materials, landing pages, and social media graphics specially tailored for the cryptocurrency and blockchain community.
- Creative Strategy: Contribute to formulating and implementing creative strategies to position the brand within the crypto market and boost brand visibility.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design, branding, and cryptocurrency industry trends; continually research and propose innovative design solutions resonating with the blockchain community.
- Website & Product Design: Collaborate with the product and web development teams to design user-friendly UI/UX experiences reflecting the brand identity, ensuring an immersive user journey.
- Campaign Design: Work alongside the marketing team to create assets for marketing campaigns, including ads, email templates, banners, and other promotional materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of brand design and visual design experience; UI/UX knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to own the design process, think holistically, and justify design choices prioritizing user and business value.
- Strong balance between creative and strategic elements to amplify brand recognition and engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in leading in cross-functional settings.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with teams across marketing, development, and product domains to align design solutions with business and consumer needs.
- Traits like creativity, humility, attention to detail, self-awareness, curiosity, thoughtfulness, and tenacity are highly valued.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Knowledgeable about prevailing design and cryptocurrency trends, capable of suggesting and implementing innovative design solutions to maintain brand relevance.
- Continuously researching to introduce fresh, community-aligned perspectives into brand design efforts.
- Proficiency in animation skills would be a bonus.
